Tool Bar Cop

1. Launch Tool Bar Cop. You will see a screen very similar to this.

2. Examine the "Browser Extension" section.

3. Right click any application that you know should not belong on the system and select "Disable" Do not select delete    until you are 100% sure that the Browser Extension is not used by any legitimate programs.

4. Repeat the process for "Toolbar" and "Run-Startup"

5. If  after you reboot and test your workstation all applications work correctly, you may return to Tool Bar Cop and delete the entries. Leaving them disabled will not cause any negative effect.  If after you reboot you find applications do not work correctly, you can re-enable selections which where disabled.
